Communicable Ailments

If you suspect that you have any form of communicable ailment or illness (cold, flu, etc.), please reschedule your appointment. I will extend the same courtesy to you if I am ill. I need to keep myself from being exposed so that I do not pass on illness to others and can continue to work. Thanks for keeping this in mind.

Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you will be financially responsible for the missed session, except in the event of illness or emergency. Please try to come to your appointment on time. More than 5 minutes early or 10 minutes late can create scheduling problems. Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times, so please be aware that if you are late, your session will end when it is scheduled.
